This is a community style setting/class. Patients must bring a yoga mat and are welcome to bring a pillow and blanket to keep comfortable. This is great for those who maybe need a tune up between treatments or for those who just want to come in for an hour of rest and relaxation. This provides a safe space for healing in a group setting (non-verbal setting). This is great for anyone dealing with: -Stress -Anxiety -Depression -PTSD -Trauma -Addiction -Headaches -Insomnia/poor sleep -Adrenal fatigue And so much more!
