My practice is deeply shaped by my connection to my heritage and culture, and having worked with traditional Chinese herbalists for a number of years. I offer acupuncture, cupping therapy, tuina massage, functional and therapeutic movement, TCM nutritional recommendations, gua sha, and moxa, working on a range of conditions from MSK (musculoskeletal), digestive, menstrual, stress, anxiety, fatigue, and more!
I am committed to ensuring a safe environment where agency and patient participation is integral to each session, allowing space for your body to shift in its own intelligence. This is a 45 minute follow-up acupuncture appointment for current clients. If you are a new patient, you must book an initial assessment before booking a follow-up treatment. Session may include cupping, guasha, tuina massage, or moxa therapy.
This is a 60 minute follow-up acupuncture appointment for current clients. If you are a new patient, you must book an initial assessment before booking a follow-up treatment. Session may include cupping, guasha, tuina massage, or moxa therapy.
This is a 75 minute follow-up acupuncture appointment for current clients. If you are a new patient, you must book an initial assessment before booking a follow-up treatment. Session may include cupping, guasha, tuina massage, or moxa therapy.
This is for new clients or return clients who have not been seen in over a year or have new concerns. This 75 minute treatment includes a comprehensive intake and acupuncture session. May include cupping, guasha, tuina massage, or moxa therapy in treatment.
This is for patients who have already had their initial visit and we have determined that acupuncture is the best next course for them.
