My practice is deeply shaped by my connection to my heritage and culture, as well as my years working alongside traditional Chinese herbalists. I offer acupuncture, cupping therapy, tuina massage, functional and therapeutic movement, TCM-based nutritional coaching, gua sha, and moxibustion. My work supports a wide range of concerns including musculoskeletal issues, digestive health, menstrual health, stress, anxiety, fatigue, and more.
