Becky is a seasoned physiotherapist with 17 years of experience in orthopedic private practice. Don’t be fooled by her years of practice as she is a lifelong learner who finds the more she learns the more there is to discover! Becky is a Maritimer born and raised in New Brunswick where she developed a love of sport through swimming pursuits that included competitive racing, and lifeguarding . She developed a passion for anatomy and science in her undergraduate studies at the University of New Brunswick where she received the Governor General Medal for academic achievement attaining her Bachelors in Science and Kinesiology with honours. She went on to attain a Masters in Physical Therapy at the University of Western Ontario.
Nova Scotia has been her home for 13 years and she loves discovering new adventures the province has to offer with her husband and two children. She has many passions but enjoys family weekends at the beach in the summer as well as hiking, biking and local adventuring. She has recently acquired her yoga teacher training certification and is certified in postpartum exercise rehabilitation. Becky loves reading, cooking, and travelling.
