Originally from the UK, dance and a passion for healthy living have always been at the heart of Becky’s life. Her journey in the performing arts led her around the world, where she met her husband while working aboard Carnival Cruise Lines.
Now based in Vernon, BC, Becky is a successful dance studio owner and a dedicated leader in her community, inspiring dancers to grow not only in skill but in confidence, discipline, and overall well-being. As a proud mom of two grown sons, she understands the importance of balance, resilience, and lifelong movement.
Expanding her passion beyond the studio, Becky is also a certified Pilates mat and reformer instructor, helping clients build strength, improve mobility, and support a healthy, active lifestyle. She believes that dance and movement are powerful tools for both physical health and personal growth.

Note: This class is suitable for those who are expecting or postpartum. This program supports strength, mobility, and overall well-being during the prenatal and postpartum periods in a safe, small-group setting. It’s ideal for patients looking for gentle, guided movement to help them prepare or heal from pregnancy, birth, and get them moving with confidence in their motherhood journey. It will also provide them with a "mini-education" session each time and a home exercise program to take with them on their journey. It is a “babies welcome” environment, but not your typical “mommy and me” class.
