Becky is a mindful movement educator and technical skating specialist with a background in Kinesiology & Health Science from York University. Combining her experience in Exercise Science, Pilates, Figure Skating, Hockey, Dance, and Meditation, Becky bridges the worlds of athletic performance and holistic wellness.
Since 2018, she has worked alongside Derrell Levy at In-Tech High Performance, supporting elite and professional athletes both on the ice and in the gym. Drawing from her own competitive skating career, she’s developed a signature approach that blends Restorative Pilates, Barre Pilates, Fascial Stretch Therapy, and recovery practices to help clients move better, heal faster, and prevent injury.
Through her work with the RCVRY Room, Becky continues to create a space where athletes can relax, recharge, and restore balance in both body and mind.

Recovery Contrast Circuit: Includes Cryotherapy/Cold Plunge, Infrared Sauna, Normatec Compression, and Myofascial Stretch/release
Our coaches take athletes through a full recovery system: both mind & muscle healing is promoted through a guided recovery stretch class - increasing blood flow and balance to the nervous systems, and complemented with a passive recovery circuit - making use of specialty equipment in the RCVRY Room - compression boots, cold tub, and infrared sauna.
