Bekah began her massage therapy education in Edmonton, Alberta, at MacEwan University and later transferred and graduated from ICT Kikkawa College in Toronto. She has a unique ability to create a productive and personalized treatment for each client. Prior to being registered in BC, she had experience with relaxation massage in BC and was a registered massage therapist in Toronto, Ontario. Whether your goal is to improve mobility, pain management or relaxation, she will make an impactful treatment plan for optimal results. Bekah is fascinated with the connection between physical well-being and overall well-being. She emphasizes the importance of positive physical health in relation to increasing emotional, mental, and digestive health. Bekah prioritizes communication to get in touch with her clients and their goals. She has emphasized her interest in prenatal massage, sports massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial work. She has a range of light massage techniques to deep tissue techniques. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, animals, being outdoors, playing sports like volleyball and pickleball and weight training.

Initial Visit Only*** Integrated Massage Therapy(RMT)- Combines Massage Therapy with a variety of Swedish massage and specialized advanced techniques(Drawn from Osteopathy and advanced manual training’s) like Myotonic release, Myofascial release, Muscle energy, Positional release, Osteoarticular Joint Mobilization, Trigger point therapy, Remedial stretching and Remedial exercise to treat muscle, joint, tendon or ligamentous strain or injury. This treatment is a merging of the best of both Massage Therapy and Structural Osteopathy. Treatment is less invasive than traditional Massage Therapy as it is performed over the clothing. It is advised to wear comfortable loose-fitting or exercise clothing that will allow full range of motion. Each treatment is custom depending on what your body needs at the time. Initial Assessment and treatment. Initial appointments are about 60 mins. - A full case history is taken - Full assessment to find key issues - Treatment plan is formulated for best results - Treatment - Charting - Administration
Follow-up appointments are 30 - 40 mins and include intake, assessment, treatment, charting, and administration.
