AjouterGrowing up in Barrie, ON, Ben was involved in various organized sports, while also promoting an active lifestyle for others with employment in recreation and wellness. He decided to pursue his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Trent University (2021), while also competing on the Trent Excalibur varsity soccer team. Ben’s passion for athletics led him to complete his Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from Queen’s University (2023).

Ben takes pride in helping clients achieve their goals with the use of individualized exercise programs paired with manual therapy. He is passionate about empowering others to engage in healthy, active living. Ben has taken courses in both dry needling and orthopedics, and is always looking to diversify his treatments.
Outside of the clinic, Ben participates in numerous outdoor activities including running, soccer and golf, while also spending time with his friends and family.

Please book yourself into our postnatal reformer series to secure your spot on your preferred day and time. This series requires a six week commitment. It is non-refundable and non-transferable. The total cost is $270. Our series' are taught by registered physiotherapists. Should you wish to assess whether or not your pilates classes would be eligible to submit to your physiotherapy benefits, please book in a pelvic health assessment with Meghan, Casey, or Emilie prior to beginning the series.
