Registered Dietitian, Sports Nutrition
My deep understanding of the challenges faced by active people is a product of the fact that I am an athlete myself. Working with everyone from weekend warriors to nationally ranked professionals, from Olympic champions to celebrities, I thrive on creating unique, customized interventions for each athlete who seeks me out.
When I’m not preparing for my next marathon or bike race, I can often be found cooking up a storm, having trained as both a chef and a pastry chef. Given my dual interests in athletics and food, becoming a sports dietitian made perfect sense. A dedicated traveller, I offer an extensive knowledge of different cuisines and cooking styles to my clients.
A registered dietitian and sports dietitian, I was educated at Ryerson University’s School of Nutrition. Graduating from my Dietetic Internship from the Sunnybrook Dietetics Internship Program in 2010, I then received a Sports Dietitian Certificate from the Sports Dietitians of Australia.
