I was born and raised in Lethbridge. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience at the UofL and my Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the UofA. I have returned to Lethbridge as this is where most of my friends and family reside.
I enjoy spending time with friends and family from anything between playing board games to going on hikes. I spend a fair amount of time weightlifting at the gym to improve upon my own health and fitness, as well as challenge my body’s mental and physical capacity.
I am passionate about helping people understand their own situation, so they are better equipped to tackle their goals. I am always happy to answer questions and I would encourage you to do so. My treatment philosophy starts with education and consists of primarily exercise and functional training. I have a special interest in vestibular therapy, helping those with dizziness and balance issues.
