AjouterBen is a registered massage therapist and a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise. He's been active in the fitness industry for more than 10 years and has worked with a wide range of clients and athletes. Ben’s interest in exercise science began as a way to improve his athletic performance and overall health. He has taken specialized courses in adaptive training, kettlebell training, post-rehabilitation, and weightlifting. Always eager to learn and improve his craft, Ben is currently in the final year of study for his Diploma of Osteopathic Manual Therapy, where he is writing his thesis on chronic low back pain. His training knowledge, manual therapy skillset, and engineering background have allowed him to effectively bring clients out of pain and into full health.
