Ben brings a well-rounded, evidence-based approach to his practice as a Registered Massage Therapist. After completing a Bachelor of Science in Physics at the University of British Columbia, he chose to follow his passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others by pursuing a career in massage therapy. He graduated from the acclaimed RMT program at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy.
With a strong belief in the value of a balanced and healthy lifestyle, Ben approaches treatment with the goal of enhancing each client’s ability to thrive in their daily life. His treatments combine relaxation, corrective techniques, and therapeutic exercise to create individualized, comprehensive care plans.
A lifelong athlete, Ben draws on personal experience in weightlifting, calisthenics, climbing, martial arts, and other sports to inform his assessment and treatment—particularly when working with active clients or those with performance goals.
Whether supporting recovery, reducing stress, or helping clients move more freely, Ben is dedicated to providing thoughtful, effective care.
