Ben holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology and a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia.
He has experience treating complex musculoskeletal injuries across a wide range of patient populations - from acute trauma and post-surgical rehab to chronic pain and performance recovery. His approach combines manual therapy, IMS/dry needling, and individualized exercise programs, with a strong emphasis on patient education and understanding the root cause of injury.
Every assessment is thorough and every treatment plan is specific to the individual.
Ben is a former provincial and national competitive badminton athlete and enjoys hiking and running in his spare time. He understands the physical demands of an active lifestyle and what it takes to get back to doing what you love.
