Bert Regis is a fully qualified Registered Massage Therapist and passionate about health practitioner with many years of experience in the field of health and fitness. He competed as an amateur boxer for his native Country St. Lucia, and as a semi professional boxer in Canada.
In 2013, Bert started a career as a personal trainer. During his time he worked with athletes, kids, and adults, helping them all reach their optimal fitness goals.
After completing a fascial stretch therapy program in 2018, his focus shifted towards wellness to help people improve their quality of life, relieve muscular pain, increase flexibility and mobility.
As an RMT, Bert is able to work with patients of various ailments as well as performing sports specific massages.
He looks forward to using his phenomenal skills acquired over the years to bring the best care to his clients.
