Understanding the complexities of human emotions is often an unpredictable journey. My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, providing a non-judgmental and supportive space where individuals can build confidence, develop skills, and cultivate deeper self-awareness to navigate both internal and external challenges. Employing an approach that emphasises compassion, healing, and actionable tools, we will work to explore your inner world and the meaning you may attach to your experiences. Therapy is a powerful process of growth, and I am here to support you in healing past wounds, letting go of old patterns and moving forward.
