She completed her training at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Halifax and has built a loyal client base through her personalized, results-driven approach. Beth practices deep tissue therapy with an ability to adapt each treatment to what’s needed that day - whether that’s focused therapeutic work or a slower, more restorative session.
As a yoga teacher since 2017, Beth brings a strong understanding of movement, anatomy, and recovery into her work. She’s also a passionate lifelong learner who loves sharing her knowledge, helping clients take an active role in their recovery and overall wellness.
