Hello! I’m Bettie T.
I am a registered counsellor of 25 years, with a diverse background in anger management, addictions, domestic violence, emotional trauma, anxiety, and depression.
I am passionate about helping individuals process their anger and emotions without outbursts and rage that can be detrimental to their relationships. Over the years I have helped many men and women get to the root of their anger and develop communication skills to help them express their feelings verbally, rather than explosively.
In addition to this, I offer a safe, non-judgemental setting for clients to work through their trauma, anxiety, and depression, and relationship struggles.
My passion also touches on helping individuals re-define life after 50. We will work on what it means to re-define one’s self and deal with self-defeating thoughts that may be preventing you from living your best life.
