I am a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with a strong foundation in holistic health, having graduated from an advanced program at Kikkawa College in Toronto. My journey in the field of wellness began in 2006 in France, where I combined my background as a former competitive gymnast and nurse to develop a deep understanding of the human body and its needs.
My practice is enriched by a diverse skill set, seamlessly integrating Swedish, deep tissue, Thai, Ayurvedic, and Zen shiatsu massage techniques. I am also certified in acupuncture, cupping, and moxibustion, which further broadens the therapeutic options available to my clients. With a passion for learning and adapting to the unique needs of each client, I focus on treating sports injuries, acute and chronic pain, and helping you achieve a balanced state of body and mind.
Driven by a philosophy that puts your well-being at the forefront, I approach each treatment with the belief that “Everyone deserves to be happy,” aiming to bring both physical relief and emotional harmony to all those I serve.

90 min Treatment - $160.00+HST Spend a whole 90 minutes with us and allow us to be your comfort when you need time away! This 90 minute massage is for patients looking for more time during their treatments.
