Birthe has a strong passion for Women’s Health. She provides care for menstrual discomfort, cycle irregularities, PMS, fertility support, and both pre- and postnatal needs. She also works with women experiencing perimenopause and menopause, helping to reduce symptoms such as sleep challenges, mood fluctuations, hot flashes, and fatigue.
