Bobby is a certified personal trainer through ISSA with a specialization in strength and conditioning. He looks forward to helping you achieve your goals through dedication in the gym, nutrition consultation, and ongoing support. With his extensive interest in health & wellness, Bobby strives to offer a personalized program that will work at whatever level you are starting from.
As a back ground, Bobby was an NCAA Division 1 soccer player in the Atlantic-10 conference representing St. Bonaventure University. It was in his sophomore year that a serious knee injury kept him on the sidelines for the season and limited playing opportunities while finishing his degree. What it did allow him is an opportunity to study the game from the outside and a lot of time in the weight room and treatment table. Since graduating University in 2015, Bobby has been coaching and helping many young athletes continue playing at the highest level while getting an education all over North America.

Following your initial assessment with your trainer, you will start your one-on-one training program. This 60 minute session takes place in our gym and will be used to complete your program!
This session gives you the opportunity to meet your trainer and talk to them about your goals. They will test different muscle groups and come up with a plan specific for your needs!
Individualized program to accelerate your progress in & out of the gym. This is for you if you're looking for guidance & accountability in your fitness journey, maximizing strength & minimizing pain, help with exercise form, & improved confidence in fitness classes and at home. After establishing goals in this single one-on-one session, you'll receive; 1) 4-week action plan 2) personal training consult (in person) 3) nutrition guidance 4) weekly progress check-in (virtual)
