Braedon Cashion's expertise as a naturopath stems from his upbringing as the son of a naturopath. His approach centers around identifying the ideal natural support required for your body to enhance its vitality.
Braedon's focus is primarily on promoting the functionality of the nervous system. As the cornerstone of overall health, the nervous system influences the well-being of every organ, bone, muscle, and tooth in the body. Braedon leverages mind-body modalities, biophysics, and specific nutritional supplements to strengthen the nervous system.
Beyond his practice, Braedon enjoys leading an active lifestyle, frequently engaging in running, cycling, and gym workouts. He is also musically inclined, playing both piano and guitar.
