As a collegiate elite athlete, Brandon became intimately acquainted with the physical toll that strenuous training and repetitive stress can take on the body. This firsthand experience ignited his curiosity about the intricacies of the human body's response to physical exertion and recovery through manual therapies.
Brandon's journey led him into a comprehensive understanding of the body's functions and the requisites for sustaining optimal performance at a high level in sports. He pursued massage therapy at Grant MacEwan University and became a certified manual osteopath with the National Manual Osteopathic College of Canada. He is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Pain Management from the University of Alberta.
By seamlessly integrating these modalities, Brandon refined his skills and developed unique techniques and protocols to address pain and restore optimal function to the body. The result has been a remarkable reduction in recovery time from injuries and a significant decrease in the severity and frequency of painful symptoms for his clients. With nearly two decades of experience, Brandon has been dedicated to empowering his patients, guiding them towards healthier daily lifestyles and fostering long-term well-being.
In his spare time, Brandon enjoys playing baseball, hockey and golf with his friends. You can often find him on long walks in the dog park and playing frisbee with his dog, Brees.

Subsequent visit - A 60-minute Fire Cupping Massage with a Registered Massage Therapist is a focused treatment targeting either the upper or lower body. Using traditional glass cups, suction is applied to lift and decompress muscles, increase circulation, and reduce tension. The session may include both stationary and gliding cupping techniques, along with hands-on massage.
During your initial 60-minute appointment, Jake will review your health history, discuss your goals, and assess your functional mobility and stretching abilities to identify areas of restriction or imbalance. This assessment is followed by a personalized Stretch Therapy treatment tailored to your needs. Before you leave, Jake will also provide simple, effective stretches and mobility exercises that you can incorporate into your daily routine to help maintain your progress between visits. Stretch Therapy is provided by Jake, Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and Certified Stretch Therapist, and is a safe and effective treatment option for people of all ages and activity levels.
