Brandon completed a Master of Science in Physiotherapy at the University of Alberta after earning a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the same institution. His professional journey began in accounting, but a motor vehicle accident during his first year of office work introduced him to the world of rehabilitation and inspired a career change. After starting practice in Edmonton, Brandon relocated to Calgary in 2020.
As a former athlete-type turned desk professional, Brandon understands firsthand the physical challenges of modern lifestyles and the importance of proactive strategies to maintain strength and mobility over time. An avid learner with a passion for human optimization, he stays current on topics spanning health, performance, and nutrition - always having a podcast in his headphones.
Brandon has extensive post-graduate training, with accreditations in advanced manual therapy (spinal manipulation) and dry needling, and is authorized to order diagnostic imaging such as ultrasound, X-ray and MRI. These complement his background in strength and conditioning, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment which integrates hands-on manual therapy and progressive exercise and load management.
Outside the clinic, Brandon enjoys hockey, skiing, golf, and strength training. A dedicated traveler, he has visited nearly 50 countries and continues to explore both the world abroad and the natural beauty around Calgary.
