Brayden is a passionate physiotherapist with a strong background in sports and rehabilitation. Growing up in Peterborough, he was actively involved in a variety of sports, including soccer, hockey, and baseball which sparked his deep interest in helping athletes recover and return to sport. Brayden holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Sciences from Brock University (2018) and a Master’s in Physiotherapy from the University of Limerick, Ireland (2020).
With a special interest in sport-specific rehabilitation, Brayden is committed to guiding athletes of all levels back to peak performance. He is currently advancing his skills with additional training in manual therapy, acupuncture, and sport-specific treatments, with a special interest in golf. Brayden’s treatment philosophy combines manual therapy, soft-tissue techniques, and exercise-based rehabilitation to achieve lasting results and help clients reach their individual goals.
Outside of his professional life, Brayden enjoys recreational volleyball, golf, camping, and spending quality time with friends and family.

The group will be led by an experienced paediatric physiotherapist, through floor play, engaging positions and activities to promote motor skills and cognitive growth of your baby. A variety of educational topics will be covered, such as the art of baby wearing and equipment concerns, and parents will discover the importance of fostering early milestones and preventing common challenges like torticollis. This group offers a dynamic and supportive space for parents and their growing babies to explore the exciting next stage of development. Led by an experienced paediatric physiotherapist, sessions include purposeful floor play, movement-based activities, and guided exploration designed to promote gross motor skills, coordination, and cognitive development. Together, we’ll dive into topics relevant to this age, such as encouraging crawling and standing, managing mobility challenges, appropriate footwear and equipment use, and fostering independence. Parents will gain valuable tools to support their baby’s physical and emotional growth while building community with others on a similar journey. Let’s keep growing, one milestone at a time!
