Breanne Dolen’s childhood in the Yukon was filled with figure skating and swimming competitions that ignited her passion for physical activity and movement. She lived in a small town where nature and wildlife were her constant companions, inspiring her to seek adventure and exploration.
Now an adult, Breanne still loves to combine her athletic and adventurous sides and spends her spare time in the mountains west of Calgary.
She enjoys rock climbing, trail running and hiking in the summer months. When winter comes, she switches to ice climbing or skiing, either at the resort or in the wild. Her latest hobby is parkour, a fun and challenging discipline that tests her agility and creativity.
Breanne has a specialization in several modalities of massage, such as deep tissue, relaxation, sports and trigger point work. She adopts a scientific and rational approach to healthcare, working on identifying and addressing the sources of pain or dysfunction. She often recommends her clients to increase their movement and physical activity in their daily lives.
