Brendon can help facilitate this through his treatment's and encourage his patients to move more in order to achieve their goals. He incorporates myofascial, sports massage, IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization) into his treatment's and is keen on empowering his patients with exercise practice, as he strongly believes that movement is medicine for the body!
Brendon has a passion for living a balanced healthy lifestyle; through natural bodybuilding, sports and maintaining a well balance diet. During his competitive years in bodybuilding he learned that consistency is the key to achieving your goals. With his love of bodybuilding and a passion for helping others achieve their goals Brendon decided to become an RMT where he graduated at the top of his class in 2021, receiving the Ruth Campbell award for overall proficiency. When he is not lifting weights or prepping meals, he likes to spend some downtime with his cat or any activity that gets him moving.
