Brendon Talbot is a graduate from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, where he earned his Master of Practice Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Sciences (M.OMSc). During his 4 years in the program, Brendon completed more than 4200 hours of supervised education, and 1000 hours of supervised practical training in the student clinic; making him a certified Osteopathic Manual Practitioner in Ontario, and a professional member of the Ontario Osteopathic Association (OOA). Prior to his osteopathic journey, Brendon completed his Bachelor of Human Kinetics in Kinesiology specializing in Movement Science at the University of Windsor.
Brendon’s appreciation of collective mechanics stems from his many years as an elite athlete. He expresses undeniable passion and interest for his understanding of the human body. Motivated by the body’s innate ability to self heal and self regulate, Brendon prides himself on providing the highest quality of Osteopathic care. Brendon always works with his best efforts, to ensure the patient receives the best possible treatment each session, while working safely within the scope of Osteopathy. Understanding human anatomy and physiology in a collective manner helps Brendon provide a personalized treatment for every patient. Treatment outcome aims to reduce symptom expression, improve overall quality of life, speed the restoration of normal function and reduce the impact of illness on home and work life.

A gentle, manual treatment approach is used to restore circulation in the recovery from surgery (including dental work), for routine maintenance and for everything in between. Craniosacral therapy is a gentle hands-on treatment that helps your body shift from a state of stress to a parasympathetic (rest and digest) state. Using subtle touch around the skull, spine, and sacrum, the practitioner works with your body’s natural rhythm to release stored tension and restore balance. Craniosacral osteopathy is ideal if you’re dealing with: - Chronic stress or anxiety - Burnout or nervous system fatigue - Postural tension and headaches - TMJ or jaw tightness - Digestive issues linked to stress - Trouble switching off at night If you’ve tried everything and still feel “stuck,” this is often the missing piece. This 40 minute treatment is carried out with very little to no talking.
