My approach to massage therapy is both intuitive and grounded in technique. I believe in the body’s natural ability to heal, and I see my role as a partner in that process—helping clients release tension, reduce pain, and restore balance. Every body is different, and I strive to learn how yours works. That’s why each treatment plan is tailored to every individual client and getting you to a maintenance level, whether you’re dealing with chronic discomfort, stress, or injury. I strive to create a safe and healing space where you can truly relax and reset. **Please note I am a deep tissue therapist and I provide the best care for clients who can tolerate medium to (very) deep pressure.**
###In Her Element
When I’m not working, I’m usually spending quality time with my family, hiking in the mountains to help mentally and physically reset, tending to my peony garden and herb garden, or picking fresh raspberries to make homemade jam. These slower moments ground me and remind me of the importance of care—both giving it and receiving it.
