Dr. Bri Mason is a naturopathic doctor and mother of three with a clinical focus and passion for supporting individuals on their journey through parenthood, from preconception to postpartum, menopause and beyond. For almost a decade, Bri has had the pleasure of helping folks prepare for conception, conceive after given an infertility diagnosis, and support individuals navigate pregnancy with confidence and recover optimally so they can soak in and enjoy their invaluable time with their new little one(s). Another area of focus in Dr. Bri, ND’s practice has been helping folks navigate the hormonal shifts and transition into perimenopause and menopause. Finally, helping individuals’ digestive concerns and pelvic complaints are also focus areas of her practice.
Dr. Bri ND’s approach is rooted in evidence-based strategies including lifestyle, nutritional changes, lab testing when needed, acupuncture and supplements (including vitamins, minerals, herbs and other nutraceuticals) that is personalized to your unique needs. Bri is a member in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO), Nova Scotia Association of Naturopathic Doctors (NSAND), Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND) and Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND).
