Her treatments are appropriate for anyone experiencing physical tension, pain, chronic injuries, reoccurring headaches or migraines, stress, or anyone looking to learn more about their body and the myofascial system. Brinleigh is keen to recommend exercises for clients to practice at home between their massage therapy sessions to speed their recovery and deepen their connection to their healing.
