I am a wild soul who loves to wander. Whether it’s wandering the local trails, traveling the world with my husband, or walking alongside you on your journey towards health in your home (aka your body). My approach is integrative, inclusive and trauma informed. It’s my goal to create an environment where you feel safe to navigate the experience of pain in your body so that you may step back into harmony and wholeness with all of who you are - physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
Through curiosity and a passion for growth I have learned that there is an art to healing. Returning to wholeness requires a unique and individualized path. It’s why since graduating in 2011 with my Master’s in Physical Therapy I have been wandering the wilderness of health and wellness, cultivating a unique blend of knowledge to utilize in our work together. When we collaborate on your care I will combine my understanding of acupuncture, intuitive energy work, nervous system regulation, somatoemotional release, craniosacral, pelvic floor and traditional physiotherapies to bridge the gap between where you are and where you desire to be.
In my eyes, embodying and stepping into true health is an ever evolving journey and I look forward to walking with you on yours.
