My Approach
As the ADHD Teen Program Facilitator at Theragen, I bring warmth, patience, and genuine care into the ADHD Brain Training Program. I work hard to create a space where teens feel comfortable, accepted, and respected where they can show up as they are, take a breath, and begin to feel more confident in themselves.
My background includes working with individuals who have experienced mental health challenges and periods of vulnerability. This work has shaped how I show up in the ADHD Teen Brain Training Program with patience, compassion, and a deep belief that people do best when they feel safe, understood, and supported.
I also bring personal understanding of ADHD, which allows me to approach this work with empathy, patience, and genuine insight. This helps me connect with teens in a way that feels real, relatable, and grounded in understanding.
I am often described as warm, easy to talk to, and genuinely understanding. I take time to listen, build trust, and support teens at a pace that feels right for them. Using a gentle, strengths-based approach, I help teens better understand how their ADHD brain works while building practical skills for focus, emotional regulation, and self-confidence.
I believe meaningful change happens when teens feel supported, capable, and accepted. My intention is to help teens feel understood and empowered, while helping families feel more confident navigating ADHD together.
