Bronwen Dale graduated from the Registered Massage Therapy program at Vancouver Career College, Kelowna campus, in 2019. Since finishing school, she has been dedicating herself to help clients continue leading an active life by helping to minimize pain and reduce injury.
Bronwen is motivated to ensure each client is supported with personalized treatment plans. She takes time to develop an understanding of each body’s needs and preferences to ensure treatments will be ideal for every client while pulling from a variety of techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, and muscle energy techniques. Having personally utilized massage therapy, Bronwen places importance on treatment for current injuries but additionally sees it as an opportunity to aid in injury prevention.
As an Okanagan local, she enjoys remaining active herself. Participating in recreational soccer, races, and hiking throughout the region. Bronwen understands the demands that leading an active lifestyle can place on one’s body. Her goal is to be a resource for clients to be able to lead an active life while fostering a healthy body through her treatments and homecare plans.
