In my practice, I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, tailoring my approach to the unique needs of each client. By integrating different techniques, I can offer a personalized and flexible therapy experience that addresses the specific challenges and goals we identify together. These modalities include: psychodynamic psychotherapy, attachment, somatic work, cognitive behavioural therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, person-centered, trauma-informed, strength-based, and mindfulness. I offer therapy to individuals, teens, couples and families. My approach is client led, relational, systemic, and process oriented. At the heart of my approach is the belief that without an understanding of where our patterns— in thought, behaviour, and emotion—originate, meaningful and lasting change remains elusive. By bringing unconscious dynamics into awareness, we create the conditions for deeper insight, growth, and transformation.

I work alongside clients to facilitate change in their lives regarding self esteem and self worth issues, relationship challenges, difficulties with work, life transitions, grief and loss, addiction, depression and anxiety, trauma and PTSD, and beyond. I also have experience working with individuals navigating pre-and postpartum and fertility. I tailor my approach to each client and work psychodynamically, always holding the wholeness of our lives in how we navigate present challenges.
