Brooke graduated from the Vancouver Career College Massage Therapy program in 2019. Moving from a small Kootenay town, she has called Kelowna home since 2012.
Enjoying the active lifestyle of the Okanagan, she believes in promoting regular movement and activity as a realistic part of every day life. Although the picture of Health and Wellness looks different to every one of us, Brooke's treatment approach is focused on bringing awareness to the body and managing stress. This includes using Fascial Release, Active Release, Passive stretching and Relaxation techniques. Her training is tailored to address Stress and Pain Management, Prenatal and Postnatal Care, TMJ treatments, and recovery from injuries throughout all stages of healing.
Working with patients from all walks of life and living with different levels of pain, Brooke is passionate about the work she does and creates a very personalized treatment for every patient.

Each session includes intake and assessment to develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs. This treatment can help support facial circulation and help reduce fluid retention in the face and chest.
