This class has been specifically designed by Adrianne Vangool. Every Body can experience the health benefits of yoga. Sometimes we just need a little more guidance and physical support. In chair yoga the teachers have advanced training to bring a safe, healthy, and fun yoga practice to those with health conditions, mobility issues, or those who just need a bit more support.

PLEASE NOTE: A Physio Screen apt is REQUIRED prior to your class in order to submit payment to your insurance provider. All equipment will be set up and available for you, just bring yourself. The Yoga Studio is wheelchair accessible. Small group Physio-Yoga sessions to meet the specific needs of the participants. Please fill out the intake forms that include consent/waiver to participate, along with information that will better help us design the class for your needs.
