Hello! My name is Caitlin, and I became Registered Massage Therapist in 2020. I have experience supporting patients through pregnancies, sports injuries, trauma, and everything in between - though I feel most inspired working with cesarean and top-surgery rehab.
My approach to massage is thoughtful, evidence based, and rooted in creating a space where you can feel respected and truly listened to. Every treatment is tailored to you in the moment, combining techniques like Swedish, Fascial, Stretching Joint Mobilizations, and Deep Tissue to support your bodies unique needs.
Outside of work you'll find me hiking, riding my motorcycle, at the gym, or binge reading a good horror novel.
