This appointment is for patients who have completed a discovery call with Andrea. If you haven't, please select a discovery call as a first step. A 60-minute personalized fitness session designed for women 40+. What is included: ● A pre-session intake with Andrea, to explore your movement history & health, your needs today and any past and/or present obstacles you may like support. ● A 60-minute in-person session at TIHC to implement your personalized program, walk through modifications, and build confidence in your next steps. ● Motivational tools and strategies to help you stay accountable and consistent. ● A strong emphasis on realistic, healthy progress while listening to your body to where it is today
