She believes in the importance of understanding her patients through anatomical and functional assessments. Caitlin’s treatments encompass a multimodal approach that include manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, dry needling, exercise prescription, and patient education. She values getting to know her patients, listening to their concerns and collaborating with them to create treatment plans that are individualized to their unique needs.
Caitlin is committed to continued learning. Since graduating, she has successfully completed her certifications for Dry Needling Level 1 & 2 through Acupuncture Canada. Caitlin has also completed her certifications for Level 1 and 2 Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, focusing on Urinary Incontinence and Dyspareunia (pain with intercourse).
She is passionate about helping women stay active and mobile throughout their pregnancy. Caitlin has taken additional courses that focus on physiotherapy assessment and treatment through pregnancy, especially for lumbopelvic pain, and pelvic girdle pain.
Caitlin also has a love for dance, and is keen to aid dancers with injury prevention and rehabilitation that is assisted by her 15 year dance training.
