I’m a Registered Physiotherapist with a strong interest in sports and orthopedic
rehabilitation. I completed my Master of Physical Therapy at Western University and
previously earned a Bachelor of Science with an Honours Specialization in Genetics, which
gave me a strong foundation in human biology, movement science, and evidence-based
care.
Growing up, I played a wide variety of sports, which sparked my interest in how the body
adapts to training, injury, and performance demands. I competed in fencing at the university
level and continue to stay active through strength training, pickleball, golf, and other
recreational sports. I work closely with patients to develop individualized my personal experience with sport and training helps me understand the
physical and mental demands athletes face at all levels.
I take an active, movement-based approach to physiotherapy, with an emphasis on strength,
progressive loading, and education.
Treatment plans that support recovery, reduce injury risk, and build long-term resilience.
Whether helping someone return to sport, recover from injury, or move with more confidence
in daily life, I prioritize collaborative care and practical strategies that translate beyond the
clinic.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy playing and watching sports, strength training at the gym, going on
walks with my dog, Hailey, and hanging out with my friends and family.
