Camille Elden, MPT, BSc(HK), is a Registered Physiotherapist with post-graduate training in Pelvic Health Levels 1 and 2 (Pelvic Health Solutions), Pregnancy and Pelvic Girdle Pain, and Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal physiotherapy (CPA Orthopaedic Division). She treats pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence, diastasis recti, pelvic pain, and general musculoskeletal injuries for patients 16 and up — using hands-on therapy, cupping, and exercise programs designed around your real life, not a perfect one.
She takes the time to explain what's actually going on in your body, and she won't rush you. This is the kind of care you'll wish you'd found sooner.

This follow-up physiotherapy session focuses on continued treatment and progress toward your goals. Your therapist will reassess how you’re doing, adjust your treatment plan as needed, and provide hands-on care and exercises to support your recovery. Each visit builds on the last to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay on track.
Recommended for patients who would like the extra time, such as working on more than one region.
This appointment is for clients that have already seen Camille initially but would benefit from receiving both Pelvic/Pre or Post Natal care along with regular Physio treatment. Half an hour will be spend on each.
Book this appointment if you haven’t seen your chiropractor in over a year, as it provides extra time for a thorough reassessment and treatment. It’s also a great option if you’d like additional time to review or progress your rehab exercises.
