Candace Loewen, R.H.N is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. She graduated with merit from the Canadian School of Natural Nutiriton in 2023 and is a member in good standing of the Canadian Association of Holistic Nutrition Professionals.

Follow-up sessions provide continued support and are booked as needed, depending on the client’s goals. During a follow-up session we will review your progress, discuss challenges and make necessary adjustments and/or additions to your plan. As you progress, goals often pivot and these sessions help direct your next steps toward achieving your fullest potential.
Includes a health history intake, nutritional and health concerns, lifestyle assessment and goal-setting. We will craft a sustainable plan that will include dietary, supplemental and lifestyle recommendations that are tailored to address your unique needs and concerns. Each tailored plan will have a timeline of 4-6 weeks. Clients may use email for questions or concerns during this time.
