Candace’s approach to care is shaped by both clinical training and personal experience with sports-related injuries. Having played competitive hockey and field hockey, she developed an early interest in movement, recovery, and the role manual therapy can play in supporting healing and performance.
She received Honours in Massage Therapy training at Bryan College in 2013 and holds an Honours B.A. in Health and Society from York University. She has continued her education through the study of a variety of therapeutic modalities and is currently studying Classical Osteopathy.
Treatment is guided by client goals, and modalities are selected to support individual outcomes. This may include Swedish and deep tissue massage, fascial stretching and Wu’s Head Massage depending on what is most appropriate for the presenting concerns. Her focus is on practical, individualized care that supports function, reduces tension, and improves overall well-being.
