SaveCapri is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the accredited 2200-hour Massage Therapy program at Lethbridge College in 2024. She is passionate about helping clients move better, feel better, and return to the activities they enjoy.
Capri has a particular interest in treating musculoskeletal conditions, including back and neck pain, hip and leg tension, postural dysfunction, repetitive strain injuries, and sports-related concerns. A focused 30-minute session using certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage techniques to target areas of swelling, inflammation, or fluid retention. This treatment is ideal for those needing support in a specific region (e.g., face, arms, legs, abdomen), or as part of an ongoing lymphatic care plan. Gentle, non-invasive, and performed by an RMT trained in Vodder and Chilky methods — this session helps reduce puffiness, support detox, and encourage internal regulation. Note: This is not a traditional massage. No deep tissue or general Swedish techniques are used. Insurance receipts will reflect Massage Therapy (RMT) care.

Perfect for clients managing: • Post-surgical swelling • Hormonal or inflammatory bloating • Chronic congestion or sluggishness • Autoimmune conditions (like IBS, eczema, fatigue) • Migraine or sinus pressure • Detox protocols or post-illness recovery Denise uses the Vodder and Chilky MLD methods — clinically recognized for their non-invasive, rhythmic approach that helps move lymph and promote internal balance. Important: This is not a deep tissue or relaxation massage. It’s a therapeutic, specialized treatment performed by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), and is billable under Massage Therapy for insurance purposes.
