Cara is trained in various modalities including General Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue Massage, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage, creating personalized treatments to help her clients feel their best.
With a passion for fitness and weightlifting, she incorporates her knowledge of the mind-muscle connection into every session, enhancing the benefits of massage. She also enjoys educating her clients on how to achieve their wellness goals and become the best versions of themselves.
With a background in Holistic Nutrition, she believes that combining massage therapy with a balanced lifestyle helps her clients thrive. Her goal is to provide a warm, welcoming environment where rehabilitation, healing and self-care are the focus.
