Carla bolsters a Level 3 Fascia Stretch Specialist certification, supplemented with personal training expertise that allows her to connect with her clients, understand and address the root cause. Carla is proud of her ability to educate and promote preventative methods such as myofascial release techniques, corrective movements, healthy nutrition and overall positive wellbeing.
