AjouterCarlie completed the 3000 hour Massage Therapy accreditation at the West Coast College in New Westminster in 2005. She then moved back to her home town of Chilliwack and joined the Sardis Chiropractic and Massage Therapy Clinic. Since then she has also joined the Logan Massage Therapy Clinic in Langley. She now resides with her own practice in Chilliwack.
She has always been interested in medicine and yet was unsure of which field to take. In 2001 she was hurt in a mountain bike accident and tried many approaches to therapy. She found that Massage Therapy was the most effective approach to her recovery. From then she has been focused on helping others in their healing process through the very same therapy.

Carlie has found that we must not only evaluate anatomically but systemically, mechanically and emotionally in order to achieve optimal wellness. Therefore her approach in treatment, after evaluation, varies vastly from deep tissue, trigger point, fascial and active release, joint mobilization and lymph drainage to Swedish massage. She has also taken post education courses in Craniosacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation. Carlie is the first Registered Massage Therapist in BC to be certified in Graston Technique.
Carlie’s goal is to provide exceptional care, while encouraging her patients to be proactive in their health care through regular treatments, education and body awareness.
