graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. She has been trained in multiple modalities including Trigger Point and Myofascial release, Joint Play, Deep Tissue and Relaxation massage, Swedish massage, etc. Throughout her education, she has gained experience treating multiple pathologies including: Migraines and Tension Type headaches, Joint replacement, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, Multiple Sclerosis, and many more. She has had the chance to work with patients at the Toronto Rehabilitation Center, as well as athletes during the Good Life Fitness Toronto Marathon.
