Virtual assessment and treatment is highly effective. We will spend some time talking, I'll ask to see you move, and I'll ask you to do some tests on yourself (breathe, cough, contract certain muscles etc). We'll then talk about what it all means, and I'll show you some exercises to get started on your treatment goals!
