Working to balance the mind, body and heart, we will listen for triggers of wisdom in your thoughts and behaviours and together find a new perspective. We will go through the painful emotions, accept them, and heal from the awareness of learning your needs and boundaries. I encourage good self-care.
You will find me to be very authentic and real as a therapist. I respect the therapeutic relationship and I am always supportive, empathic and respectful of concerns and desired outcomes in our work.
